10 Day + Practicum | This course is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of all of the tools contained within the ‘Lean Toolbox.’ Participants will also be assisted in project selection and have 2 on-site follow-up visits for coaching/mentoring purposes. |

5 Day Lean Products & Process Dev. | This course is designed to give participants an overview of the Lean Product and Process Development tools developed by Toyota as well as exposure to concepts within their PPD life cycle. Participants will also discuss implementation strategies and leadership prerequisites for successful Lean Transformation. |
